Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Magellano GPS platform implies full acceptance of these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Magellano GPS provides SaaS software for vehicle fleet monitoring, including GPS tracking, OBD diagnostics, driver management and analytical reports.

Liability

Magellano GPS is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, device connectivity issues or vehicle malfunctions. Remote vehicle immobilisation is a security feature and must not be misused.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos and platform code are the exclusive property of Magellano GPS and protected by copyright.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute.
